Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms in Sherwood Park

Farm Fresh from Alberta, Canada

We grow a variety of specialty mushrooms for culinary purposes, serving Edmonton, Sherwood Park and the surrounding area. King Oyster, Pioppino, Lions Mane, Chestnut, Blue oyster, Elm oyster, and shiitake are some of the more common strains we grow. These mushrooms grow on hardwoods that we source organically and locally.

Local

The average mushrooms you will find in the grocery store take 3-4 days before they even hit the shelves. While this may not seem like much, this is a lifetime when it comes to fresh mushrooms. We are selling mushrooms picked on the same day and don’t require being trucked or flown across the country.

Sustainable and Ethical

All of our mushrooms are grown on 100% organic, plant based, and food grade materials sourced locally right here in Alberta! Lets tighten the supply chain!

Top Quality

All of our medicinal mushroom tinctures are small batch and created with the utmost attention and care. Each one is dosed specific to the mushroom and is extremely potent. We pride ourselves in selling real medicine and not watered down “extracts” like others in the field.

Cordyceps Militaris

Cordyceps Militaris is a medicinal mushroom with thousands of years of use on its resume. It has immune boosting properties, heart and lung health benefits, anti-cancer and anti-inflammation properties, and it increases energy!

We take great pride in the fact that our cordyceps are grown on organic, plant based, and food grade materials with attention to detail in providing optimal nutrition and growing environment for the cordyceps.

Mushroom Tincture

Our mushrooms are extracted with top of the line techniques and equipment to ensure a top quality mushroom tincture! We are proud of the fact that, compared to other mushroom products on the market, our tinctures aren’t diluted and we put a lot of effort into ensuring that you will receive a proper dose of the medicinal compounds. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our methods, through both experimentation and staying up to date with industry studies, to produce an increasingly potent and more bioavailable medicine.
